As of April 1st 2006 we are pleased to offer a THREE YEAR warranty on our TV Kit and a ONE YEAR warranty on the Internet kit. In addition all available upgrades come with a ONE YEAR warranty EXCEPT the Dual Slot, DC, PVR and Cable Satellite Receiver Upgrades - These still carry the three year warranty.

Whilst failures are almost UNKNOWN with our equipment we do understand that things can go wrong. As such we have always had a very open mind when items have been returned. Even to the point of repairing/replacing some equipment that obviously has been damaged by mishandling or misuse. Having said this we would appreciate your understanding regarding the following scenarios where our warranty may not apply: (our discretion)

1 Equipment That Has Suffered Electrical or Lightning Surge Damage 2 Equipment That Has Been "Backed Over" By Your Motorhome/Caravan 3 Satellite Receivers, Satellite Finders and Accessories That Have Water Damage (of course we DO cover your Dish, Cables and LNB for this) 4 Cables and Fittings That Have Been Overtightened 5 Corrosion 6 Fire and Theft 7 Accidental and Wilful Damage 8 Changes To The Satellite Services That May Result In Equipment Upgrades or Replacement Being Required (unlikely) 9 Disruption or Termination Of Satellite Services (unlikely) 10 Obvious Physical Damage
